8. SEO & Rankings Disclaimer

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat proprietary business information, project strategies, and trade secrets disclosed during collaboration with strict confidentiality.

10. Showcase & Portfolio Rights

Unless explicitly restricted via a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Weblovement retains the right to display completed websites and case studies in our digital agency portfolio and marketing materials.

11. Payments, Invoicing & Refunds

• Projects require an initial deposit prior to work commencement.
• Milestone and final balance payments must be cleared before final code delivery and live server deployment.
• Refund requests are subject to review based on terms defined in the project contract.

12. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

We deliver our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall Weblovement be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data, or downtime) arising out of the use of or inability to use our website or services.
